Wedding Photography Packages

I love photography. I love lighting and angles and poses, but most importantly, I love capturing your moments the best way I can. I love the smiles and touches and joy-filled eyes of people who finally found the love of their life. I love taking photos of couples getting married. Wedding photography is becoming more of a passion of mine with every shoot that I do. I strive to offer the best services I can at a fair price for both you and I.

For 2010 my complete wedding package will include the following for ~~$1,500~~ $1,300 (if booked by April 30):

Engagement Photoshoot
Bridals Photoshoot
Full day on your Wedding (Not limited to X hours)
All images on disc *
Online Proofing & Ordering
Two large (16x24 or 20x30) Prints

* Images will be 800 x 600 pixels for sharing on Facebook, email et cetera.

Package Discounts

Discounts will be offered for the following situations (maximum total discount is $750):

One of you is a student (–$250) OR
One of you is a Military Personnel (–$250)
Only need a half-day (–$500)
No Bridals (–$150)
Wedding is on Monday - Wednesday (–$125)
Wedding Day only, no other shoots ($1000)

For example, if your wedding is on a Tuesday (–$125), you're a student (–$250) and you're not getting bridals (–$150) your package would only be $975 ($775 if booked by April 30!).

Printing

All your galleries will be available online to purchase prints from on my Smugmug Photo Gallery. Smugmug uses only high quality, professional photo labs, and I trust my prints with them to make sure that only the best quality is used to display your photographs.

Traveling

If your wedding takes place outside of Utah I'm more than happy to travel. In fact, I love to travel. If you'd like to ship me somewhere here's what I'll need:

Airplane Tickets
A hotel
A car
$100.00/day over 2 days

If the location is amazing enough, or I have family/friends in the area, details are negotiable. In fact, details are always negotiable.

Extras & Additions

Below are extra shoots you can add to your package, or purchase stand-alone:

Dress Shopping - $200 (Photojournalism style)
Second Photographer - $150 (2 hours)
Bound Photo book - from $250
DVD Slideshow of 100 images - $250

The Nitty Gritty

A retainer of $350 is required to book the wedding day. Full balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding; a 15% late fee will be added to all balances paid after the wedding unless previous arrangements are made. Final package price will be specified by a printed agreement signed by both parties. (Policy Effective January 2010)

Also, the State of Utah requires that photographers collect Sales Tax on the final price, so be sure to factor that into your wedding planning budget.
