J Thomas Photography specializes in Wedding Photography, Utah Engagement Photography, & Bridal Photography. It is individually run by Joel Jenkins of Alpine Utah, a small town 30 minutes south of Salt Lake City. Joel has been asked to photograph weddings in several locations including Texas, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington D.C. He is comfortable shooting both traditional wedding and LDS Temple wedding photography.
Joel recently completed all 3 courses of Photographing People taught by International Master Photographer Kenneth Linge at his International School of Photography in Orem, Utah. In November 2009 he completed INTSOP's Wedding School, also taught by Kenneth Linge.
The music showcased on J Thomas Photography is sung by his long-time friend Daniel Beck. Daniel has an amazing voice and is excited to finally share it with the world with his new debut album Love Like That.

Additional photographers can be hired per hour at a rate of $50/hour. Advances in Professional Photography equipment (DSLR) have allowed me to purchase a camera that also shoots gorgeous 1080P HD Video along with the 21MP still images. When possible, there will be basic videography shot.
J Thomas Photography is available for travel both in and out of Utah. Travel to St George is $150. Outside of Utah travel accommodations, hotel and rental car (if necessary) will be added at-cost. Please contact for more details.
